Safety is not just a priority at Nostra Fitness; it's our unwavering commitment to you, our valued members. We believe that your well-being is paramount, and we have implemented a comprehensive membership policy designed to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all.
Here's what you can expect from our membership policy:

Register / Sign in for class through Wodify App

All athletes must sign in to access gym equipment, main floor and group class structure.

Late Cancellation and a 'no show' fee will be assessed to all members participating in group classes (CrossFit and Hyrox)

No personal items, bags, food, or drinks on the main floor.

For purposes of safety and sanitation, we can no longer allow personal items, bags, food, or drinks on the main floor.

All parents, please provide supervision for your children.

NostraFit will not be held responsible for any liability. children under 13 years old are not allowed on the main floor.

Cancellations and Holds

To cancel, members must email Nostra Fitness at least 30 days prior to their next payment date.

Members will be charged a penalty/cancellation fee of $200 for early termination.

If needed, the member may place their account on a hold for a fee of $20.

To request a hold, the member must email Nostra Fitness at least 30 days prior to their next payment date.

Members will not receive a refund for any unused time left on their purchased membership.
